Joseph J. Cincotta, Ph.D. JJC Creative Consulting Dr Cincotta received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry in 1983 from the City University of New York.  He has 25 years experience in all aspects of R&D within the hair care industry. Six years ago he established JJC Creative Consulting, a Product development service located in Wilton, CT.  Prior to starting his own company he spent many years as the R&D director of John Frieda Professional Hair Care and was responsible for the development of numerous successful hair care products.
